1.Tour Val Paradiso Experience:Duration h 1:30 – Language IT – minimum 2 pax, maximum 30 pax. The tour begins with a walk in the countryside among the organic olive groves where an expert agronomist will explain the cultivation techniques, pruning, harvesting and all the secrets of Val Paradiso Oil. We will move to the mill to discover the processes of oil extraction, storage and storage in the cellar; we will visit the bottling room and then the final tasting of bread and oil at the Val Paradiso Academy “Sicilian oil school”. In the months of October and November, harvest season, you can participate directly in all activities.
2. Tour Val Paradiso & Sicilian Food. Duration h 2:30 – Language IT – minimum 6 pax, maximum 30 pax. A tour inspired by the tradition of Sicilian Street food, a journey through flavors, smells and typical dishes of the culinary identity of the island, where oil is the protagonist: “pani cunzatu”, arancini, bread and panelle, sfincione, schiacciata, “crocchè”, pizza, cheeses and typical cold cuts. All this after visiting the Val Paradiso farm, the olive groves and fields conducted organically, the oil mill where the oil extraction processes will be explained, the cellar where the extra virgin olive oil produced is stored and finally the bottling room.
3. Tour Olio, Barocco e Vino. Duration h 4:00 – Language IT – minimum 2 pax, maximum 30 pax. This tour was born from the collaboration between the Val Paradiso company and Bonsignore Baglio e Vigne to offer a complete travel experience among olive groves, vineyards and the splendid baroque of Naro. A tour dedicated to taste, art and territory. We will discover the magnificent Chiaramonte Castle, the sublime church of S. Francesco with its rich Baroque façade. Afterwards we will visit the lush organic olive groves of Val Paradiso and the oil mill to discover the oil production processes that we will taste in the “Accademia”. The tour is completed at Bonsignore Baglio e Vigne with a visit to the vineyards, wine tasting in the cellar and the evocative welcome in the renovated baglio of the eighteenth century.
