MUDIBUS

Discovering the treasures of Agrigento’s Historic Center in complete freedom and comfort is easy with the MUDIBUS: the new electric bus service designed to facilitate access to the cultural sites in the city’s ancient heart. This eco-sustainable mobility service operates daily in the Historic Center from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, offering tourists a hop-on, hop-off route at all MUDIBUS stops located near churches, museums, and monuments. The MUDIBUS service was created through the collaboration between the Cultural Association Ecclesia Viva and the MUDIA – Diocesan Museum with the aim of promoting the enjoyment of Agrigento’s main attractions without relying on cars: tourists can, in fact, enjoy walking or leave their vehicles in designated parking areas to visit the city in total relaxation.
