Their production technologies guaranteed high quality products conform to the biological agriculture disciplinary procedures and the respect of the environment.

The agricultural enterprise Val Paradiso produce an excellent award-winning extra-virgin olive oil: IPG Sicilia, BIO, Classico and “Diodoros” the oil of the Valley of the Temples. Also, it produces fine aromatic cooking herbs: Oregano, Rosemary, Sage, Mint, Laurel and Thyme.
