Aguglia Persa, a wonderful restaurant specialized in fish and quality Sicilian cooking, is surrounded by a charming garden with low hedges and herbs. In this very cosy and hospitable corner of Agrigento the original flavours and aromas of the best Sicilian traditions are proposed with just a hint of modern creativity. Once part of the family dwelling of the writer Luigi Pirandello, the restaurant is now an enchanting and relaxing location where you can sit back and savour simple dishes which enhance the unaltered flavours of their genuine ingredients. The delicate dishes are well accompanied by an excellent variety of well chosen wines: perfect for lunch or dinner. The staff is well prepared to perceive clients’ requests, propose original solutions and help them create the meal they desire. Not to be missed: “parmigiana di spatola”, spaghetti with clams, cherry tomatoes and creamy zucchini, “marinara” fish soup.
