Cooking following memories, interweaving tradition and research create an experience to live and enjoy in the heart of the historic center of Agrigento. The La Scala Restaurant has been created, in fact, on the first floor of the ancient residence of the Vice-Consul French Luigi Granet. And yesterday as today, the elegant neoclassical rooms overlook the central Via Atenea and the splendid bell tower of the Church of the Immaculate Conception. The beauty of the rooms and the refinement of the kitchen are embellished by an attentive and courteous staff and a careful selection of Sicilian, Italian and international wines. Not to be missed: the sea garden of casa Granet, paccheri with red shrimp and pistachio, red tuna sicano grilled on carob embers.
