In the kitchen our chef uses a rich variety of local ingredients and a choice of the season’s best products for the preparation of delicious dishes. Every one of his creations is a loving combination of sweet and savoury, raw and cooked. Both frivolous and intense combinations are balanced to satisfy our guests. Special attention is dedicated to the production of our own desserts, liquors, pasta and bread. And of course Kalòs Restaurant also has a wine cellar richly stocked with selected local, national and international wines. Not to be missed: spaghetti with red prawns from Mazara and pistachio; mullet ‘a beccafico’; crushed gourmet cannolo.
