A tale which tells the story of the Sicilian land and sea through its traditional and contemporary cuisine. The adventure begins in Porto Empedocle where Alessandro and his brother run their restaurant, a treasure of flavours and perfumes. Contemporary cooking techniques are used to enhance traditional recipes and fresh local quality ingredients and to create delicious, original dishes. Direct contact with local producers guarantees the prime quality and extreme freshness of all ingredients. Special care and attention is dedicated to the presentation of colours and fragrances in each portion. The menu is constantly updated and the staff is well prepared to guide guests in their choice, as is chef Alessandro, who loves to illustrate the menu to his guests personally. The modern and comfortable location has both an internal dining room and a summer terrace for outdoor dining. Not to be missed:  Yellowtail roll, fresh whole-grain Ravioli.
